Saving ALL activities as both a .PSD and a .JPG files
This is VERY Important for Applied Tech. Students
For ALL of the Projects and Activities that you work on for this module you MUST save your project as a PSD and a JPG.
1. First, make sure you have created a new folder in which to keep scrapbook layouts. See Create A Folder for Saving Your Files & Where
2. Second, When you create a new project the first thing you should do is go to File then Save as and lable your fole correctly and put it in the correct location.

3. Last, at the end of the module in the last activity you will create a slide show of all your activities. You will do this by inserting a JPG picture of all of your activities. Therefore you must save each activity as you finish them as a JPG.
Save the layout by File>Save (Ctrl-S) to open the Save dialog box.
* To Save in .PSD format, as this format saves all the layers in case the layout needs changes later, if the Layers box is checked in the Save Options.
Use the Default sRGB color profile .

* To Save in .JPG format, as this format saves everything as a picture.

This is part of the Photoshop "Save As..." window. When you save a file in this way, you have the option to choose any available format.
