Job Descriptions:
President = Oversees all of the leadership team and fills in when necessary.
Honors Night = Lead to set-up, prepare (purchasing candles, napkins, etc.), and run the event.
Giving Day = Lead to set-up, prepare (purchasing toys etc.), and run the event set-up day.
Blood Drive = Lead to set-up, prepare (purchasing), and assist with the event.
Attendance / Hours = meets with Mr. Maguire to enter in the hours and collects/distributes sheets at the meetings.
Photos(Service) = meets with Mr. Maguire to collect the photos, track who needs to turn them in, and set-up slide show for honors night.
Essays= Collects essays at the Feb. & March meetings, and tracks who has turned them in.
Groups (Service Hours) = meets with Mr. Maguire to enter who is working with who inschool and assists members with finding people to assist.
